The Deep Roots Difference
At Deep Roots Distillery you’ll notice the difference in our grain-to-glass spirits and food the moment you arrive. As a small business rooted in family values, we thoughtfully pair local ingredients to create a true marriage of flavors. That difference shines through in every taste—and is shaped by the story behind it.
We take reservations for the Sturbridge Fri. & Sat. Chef Curated Menus only.
For the regular menus in both Sturbridge and Brimfield, please just walk in and enjoy!
Sturbridge
Our original Sturbridge location houses our distillery and cozy Tasting Room — where handcrafted cocktails start with our grain-to-glass spirits and a curated selection of refined small bites in a welcoming atmosphere.
Brimfield
Enjoy our handcrafted signature cocktails—made with our grain-to-glass spirits from our Sturbridge distillery—perfectly paired with a full culinary experience, featuring tempting appetizers, savory entrées, and must-try desserts!
Distillery at Deep Roots Sturbridge
We proudly offer a distinctive line of Rum, Vodka, Gin, Whiskey, and Liqueurs—each crafted with natural ingredients and free of artificial colors or flavors. Explore the unique character of each spirit or stop by for a taste and discover your new favorite.
Deeply Rooted in Community
We focus on partnerships that involve our neighbors. We partner with our local Apiaries and Sugar Shacks for our spirits and Dairies & Farms for our small bites menu. It’s a community effort here at Deep Roots and that’s something that will never change.
