Join us Thursday, Feburary 6th at 6:30pm for our Gourmet Club Dinner featuring cuisine from around the world.  This is our second one of the series and will focus on Korea

Chef Adam Popp along with Guest Cook Zonya from BaanMae Asian Market bringing you a delicious 4 course meal. 

Amuse Bouche: Jjajang Tteokbokki- Chewy Korean rice cakes in a rich black bean sauce, a savory twist on the classic street food.

Appetizer: Japchae- Sweet potato glass noodles tossed with seasonal vegetables, served chilled in traditional Korean style.

Entree: Galbi Skewers- Grilled marinated beef skewers served with a Ssamjang sauce, steamed Korean short grained rice, and banchan—Korean side dishes.

Dessert: Cream-ppang with a Twist- Fluffy sweet bun filled with Korean peach cream and finished with a sweet-spicy gochujang glaze - a uniquely Korean-inspired pastry
