Get ready for Oktoberfest with this Sauerkraut fermentation class. Each guest will learn how to ferment with Kat from The Pepper Pot. Tickets include cabbage from The Pepper Pot an organic no till farm, instruction from Kat, starter kit for fermentation, a 3 course meal from the Deep Roots Kitchen with Chef Adam Popp as a social hour to chat and eat good food.
